1-year Warranty

We offer a 12-month limited warranty, as standard. In most cases, that’s as long as the original manufacturer’s warranty. All of our devices are backed-up by a warranty that can go up to 12 months from the date of purchase by the consumer

Coverage

This Warranty is specifically assigned to the initial buyer and cannot be transferred along with the product. It covers technical malfunctions and defects related to hardware.

What’s not included?

Not everything is protected under warranty. Accidental damages – including cosmetic damage, like scratches and dents and physical damage, like cracks and screen damage– as well as water damage, theft and loss are not covered. Our warranty does not cover any accessories, such as cases, or any consumable parts such as batteries and charging cables. Returned items found to be faulty due to physical or liquid damage will not be replaced/repaired and will incur a minimum $35.00 inspection fee or subject to a 15% restocking fee.
