Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you received the order, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. It must be reset and any personal information needs to be removed, including passwords and activation accounts. We can’t refund you if the device still has an activation account!
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts/accessories for reasons not due to our error.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the leasing company will be notified to proceed with the refund.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately (24hrs) email@example.com
Upon receiving your return, it will be inspected and evaluated. If we deem the device is not defective but instead is damaged you will be notified and a refund will not be issued.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event the return is due to a defect or incompatibility, you will be reimbursed for the shipping.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
