How long does it take for my order to ship?

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days, some products may be on backorder and be delayed longer. We are experiencing some delays due to COVID-19 but thank you in advance for your patience! Once your order ships, you will receive an email and/or SMS with tracking information

Can I get same day delivery?

Local (Palm & Broward) orders are eligible for same day delivery but certain restrictions apply.  Please contact us prior to placing an order if you need or desire same day delivery

Most orders are shipped the same day during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00AM to 6:00PM EST) only..

Due to the impact of the Covid-19 and the mandates in place, please expect 3 days for standard shipping plus 2-3 business days for processing

You will automatically be emailed tracking information when your order ships. If the tracking page shows no activity, please allow 24 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status. Free shipping is limited to products shipping to the 48 contiguous United States.

Is shipping free?

Free ground shipping is included in the price.  Expedited shipping costs extra, please contact us for more details and rates.

What is the payment methods?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover), and can process credit card orders instantly. Credit card is by far the most common form of payment. All credit card payments are processed through our secure ordering software with guaranteed security. During checkout, you have the option to save your card on file for future purchases.

How do the financing payment options work?

The process is quick and easy just enter a few pieces of information for a real-time decision. You will know up front what you’ll owe, with no hidden fees or surprises. you will receive an email to gain access to your convenient customer portal where you will be able to see your balance and set up your reoccurring payments and for Affirm you will be able to choose your payments when pre-qualifying. Checking your eligibility won’t affect your credit score on either Affirm or Acima Credit.

What if I don’t get approved from Acima for enough?

If you’re using the Acima No Credit Needed payment option, we have great news! Just contact us for instructions on how to pay the difference to cover the rest in order to get that beloved Device. You can give us a call or send us a message during business hours to process your transaction! At this time, affirm has no such option.

What do I need to apply for Affirm?

Be 18 years old or older.

Have an active checking account with at least $1,000 of income per month.

Have at least three months of income history with your current source of income.

Have a government-issued photo ID and a social security number or ITIN.

If you’ve got all those things, great! Fill out the application and we’ll let you know within seconds if you’re approved!

What if I Don’t Get Approved from k for Enough?

Contact us for instructions on how to pay the difference to cover the rest in order to get that beloved Apple devices. You can give us a call or send us a message during business hours to process your transaction!

At this time, k has no such option.

How much can I get approved for by Acima?

You can be approved for items valued at $100 to $5,000.

What is thr Returns Policy?

General Information for Online Purchases

  • All products include a 12 month limited hardware warranty starting on the date the product is delivered. Please keep all packaging.
  • Customers can contact our Customer Service team by filling out our contact form.
  • For security reasons, we are unable to change shipping addresses for any reason.
  • Upgrades for Online Purchases
  • Upgrades may only be requested within seven (7) days of delivery. Customer is responsible for a $49.99 upgrade fee along with price difference and shipping.
  • Returns for Online Purchases
  • Returns may only be requested within seven (7) days of delivery. We’ll issue a refund less original shipping upon return and inspection.
  • Refunds are processed within three (3) business days of return. Alternatively, a store credit can be requested by customers planning to order a replacement.
  • Warranty
  • If a defect, not related to any of the exclusions, is detected after 6 months (180) days of delivery, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
  • We will attempt to repair the issue; if non-repairable we will issue either an exact replacement or a store credit equaling the full price of the product at the present time.
  • Service is normally completed within seven (14) business days of delivery.
  • Exclusions
  • Consumable parts such as batteries and media drives are not covered by our warranties.
  • Products that have suffered damage (e.g., abuse, accidents, misuse, liquid damage) are not eligible for return or service.  Phonecrib reserves the right to inspect any returned devices for warranty.
  • Software issues, including missing or altered user data, are not covered under our warranties.
  • Third-party diagnostic or repair fees will not be reimbursed.
  • Factory sealed products are subject to a 15% restocking fee once opened, if returned.
